About Martha Gregory
  
     
Martha Gregory is a USDF Certified Trainer/Instructor and  USDF Silver and Bronze Medalist, who has been trained by top European coaches and clinicians. Martha Gregory has been training horses and riders for over 19 years, and in 2000 established MKG Dressage, serving the South and East bay areas.
 
 
 
Martha's students compete successfully at local, rated and championship shows. She welcomes students and horses of all levels, ages and abilities, ranging from beginners and individuals wishing to explore dressage, to riders who wish to actively compete and work their way up the levels.
 
Martha furthers her own education by taking regular clinics with Gerhard Politz, German National Gold Medalist and USDF Instructor Certification Examiner/Faculty Member. She also avails herself of opportunities to ride with noted clinicians like "O" (Olympic) judge Axel Steiner and "I" judge and Grand Prix trainer Lilo Fore. Martha is a two time attendee of the invitational USDF Trainer's Conference with Conrad Schumacher. In addition, she works regularly with other local FEI trainers to keep her skills polished between clinics and shows. MKG Dressage provides a comprehensive training program based at Circle J Equestrian, Livermore, CA, that includes lessons, clinics, full training of horse and/or rider, and coaching at shows.

  • Gerhard Politz - Reitlehrer FN, BHSI instructor, protege of General Kurt Albrecht of the Spanish Riding School, and winner of the Goldenes Reitabzeichen [German National Gold Medal], USDF Instructor Certification Examiner, and member of the USDF Dressage Test Writing Committee - Train with currently and for the past 17 years.
     
  • Lilo Fore - I Judge, Grand Prix trainer/competitor, USDF Examiner, Member of the USDF Dressage Test Writing Committee, Chairman of the Education Committee - Worked with as a Junior Rider.
