Frequently Asked Questions

1.         PLEASE ALLOW A MINIMUM OF 4 TO 6 WEEKS FOR ALL ORDERS, Longer for items over 500 items. You can expect order completion to take longer in the months of April, May, June, July, August, & September

2.         RUSH FEES MAY BE APPLIED TO ORDERS PLACED LESS THAN 4 WEEKS BEFORE AN EVENT.

3.         30-DAY ACCOUNTS: If you are a non-profit club, school, church, hospital or public agency you can send in your request for a 30-day account on official letterhead. All 1^st time orders require pre-payment in full. Once you have been established, you can use our 30-day to pay account with no interest charges. All out-of-state orders require pre-payment unless other arrangements have been made with management.

            LATE FEES: Accounts over 30 days past due shall be charged a $25 late fee and will accrue interest at a rate of 10% of the outstanding balance due.

4.         RETURNED CHECK FEE: $25.00 + any additional bank charges

5.         MINIMUM ORDER FEE: $25.00

6.         CUSTOM ARTWORK: There is a once time fee of $25.00 for custom artwork or logos. Artwork must be submitted in JPEG format either by e-mail or on disk. Image needs to be in black and white and should be 300 dpi or better. If you wish to mail your artwork, be use it is a clean, clear and sharp copy.

7.         SHIPPING: Most out of area shipping is done via UPS. However from time to time we use USPO and will insure the package. Local orders can be picked up at no charge.

8.         RUSH ORDERS: We are not always able to take rush orders. The best way to place a rush order is to call or e-mail and ask if we can complete your order by the due date. Then payment must be received via credit card.

9.         SUBSTITUTIONS: From time to time, ribbon stock may be low or not available. We reserve the right to make substations. We will contact you and give you the substitution choices available.

10.       SET-UP FEES: We do not charge set-up fees like many companies do. Only for custom artwork, special artwork and special font do we apply fees
