Trade Winds Arabians is a family owned operation; breeding, conditioning and showing Arabians and Half Arabian horses since 1963.

Carl & Pat Hendershot have been acknowledged as dedicated and successful breeders of National quality horses. 

Horses owned or bred by Trade Winds Arabians have won at Class A, Regional, Scottsdale and National levels. Show and breeding stock have been exported to Canada and South America.

We are proud to have been the breeders of TW Forteyna, currently the leading dam of Champions. We have a small, select band of mares and fillies sired by: SX Challenger, SX Saladin, Fame VF+, Alada Baskin, JK Amadeus, Bey Shah+, Padrons Psyche, Regalano and Dynasty Grand-Dur.

A limited group of horses are accepted to be conditioned and shown at halter by Carl Hendershot. We try to make horse shows fun for our clients. They can participate and show...at reasonable training and showing fees.
 
Trade Winds Arabians has been successful through the years with our marketing program with the sale of reasonably priced horses; to show and breeding stock sold all over the U.S. and other countries.
