Jodi Tuft has been starting colts since age 14, and begancompeting soon thereafter.
Startingcolts right is of utmost concern. If it's done right the first time, it will make everything else better in the long run.
Jodi trains from foaling to finish. Halter breaking, showing halter, western pleasure, hunter pleasure,English pleasure (saddleseat) along with teaching horses to track... a cow, a barrel, etc. She starts and conditions horses for the race track, and believes in trail time for all animals. Start to finish...
...and big ones...
she works with all breeds. Stallions are a specialty. Problem horses are no problem.
Also we have farrier Steve Stieb here weekly, along with horse veterinarian extraordinaire Lisa Wallace, DVM, attending regularly. Management is on premises, and we do have a locked entrance gate. Safety is important!
New sales horses every month... we like to make sure the owner/horse team is a good match. We enjoy hearing comments such as "Wish I would have come here first", "Am happy with my new horse", "Beautiful job!", "my horse is so happy!", and especially, "we are so impressed with your honesty and professionalism!"
